Make Localhost website publish using IP

You might need this setup


  1. wamp/xampp (easy to set on port 80)
  2. open cmd on your windows type ipconfig
  3. copy your ip address
  4. inbound your port 80 on firewall
  5. using ngrok.com free account (optional)
